A storage area will be made available. For delivery companies, please note that there is a no loading dock, so ask them to take it into account.
A forklift will be available on request for exhibitors only: please pay attention to the dimensions of your packages. Delivery will only be possible to the gates of the exhibition area. Delivery to your booth must be made by hand.

- Wednesday, 15th April from 9 am to 9.30 am (only for exhibitors in the inside exhibition area)
If you need to arrive earlier for robot deliveries, please let us know.
Wednesday 15th April (evening) from 6pm to 9pm and 16th April from 8am to 12pm.
You may ship your material directly to the location from 6th April between opening hours (9am to 5pm)

For delivery companies, please note that there is a loading dock and a forklift available to assist with unloading and loading.
Forklift available on request only for exhibitors: let us know if you need a special size and equipment
The Innovation Center is secured and monitored by cameras. Equipment and machines can be safely stored overnight.
Food will be available for purchase on site.
– Corner with 1 table + 4 chairs + electricity plugs
– Additional furniture, materials and AV available fo rent (upon request)
– TV for rent (240€ without taxes)
You can place a wingflag, rollups or banners on your booth area

5th February 2026: 8.30 am – 6 pm
Setup starts on Wednesday, Feb. 4th from 7.30 am to 5 pm and continues on Thursday, Feb. 5th from 7 am to 8.30 am.
When you arrive, first join the welcome desk at the main entrance of the hangar for check-in.
Make sure you are ready before 8.30 am on Thursday, Feb. 5th, for the opening.
The exhibitors with a demo zone are expected to setup only on Wednesday, Feb. 4th from 7.30 am to 5 pm.
Booth & demo zone dismantling options:
- Thursday, Feb. 5th from 6pm to 7pm
- Friday, Feb. 6th from 3 pm to 5 pm
For demo zone exhibitors only, we offer you the possibility of loading your robot on Friday, Feb. 6th early morning. In that case, the robot should be braught to the exhibitor parking lot ont Feb 5th from 6pm, to be loaded the next morning from 7 am to 8.30 am.
You may ship your material directly to the location from: Monday, Jan. 26th to Wednesday, Feb. 4th from 9 am to 5 pm. Any packages or pallets can be sent to the following address:

The expo and demo zone will be secured with night guarding from 6 pm to 8 am from Wednesday Feb. 4th to Friday 6th in the morning.
The « Jeunes Agriculteurs 31 » farmers association will be serving a selection of food and drinks on-site.
