Setup will be on the following days:
- Monday, 14th April from 9 am to 7 pm
- Tuesday, 14th April from 9 am to 7 pm
- Wednesday, 15th April from 9 am to 9.30 am (only for exhibitors in the inside exhibition area)
If you need to arrive earlier for robot deliveries, please let us know.
Wednesday 15th April (evening) from 6pm to 9pm and 16th April from 8am to 12pm.
You may ship your material directly to the location from 6th April between opening hours (9am to 5pm)

A storage area will be made available.
For delivery companies, please note that there is a loading dock and a forklift available to assist with unloading and loading.
Forklift available on request only for exhibitors: let us know if you need a special size and equipment
The Innovation Center is secured and monitored by cameras. Equipment and machines can be safely stored overnight.
Food will be available for purchase on site.
– Corner with 1 table + 4 chairs + electricity plugs
– Additional furniture, materials and AV available fo rent (upon request)
– TV for rent (240€ without taxes)
You can place a wingflag, rollups or banners on your booth area
If you want to set up your booth outside, Tents and furniture available for rental (upon request)
